July is the start of the holiday season in France; availability of accommodation may be limited, so we advise that you book sooner rather than later.

We have negotiated a special conference rate with the Ibis chain in Dijon.  There are four of these hotels – you will find the information below – and so far  over 100 rooms have been blocked throughout all of them.  Prices at these hotels will be from 65€ to 115€ depending on the hotel and whether you want a double or single room.  Breakfast is included in all of these rates.  To book your reservation code is AWBR DIJON.  However, from the 8^th of April, and again from the 8^th May and 8^th June the number of available rooms will diminish – so if you want to make use of this offer it is best to book by the end of the first week of April

Other hotels and apartments are listed, but there is no discount negotiated with them.  Additionally, there are many Bed and Breakfasts (chambres d’hôte) available that you can find online.  Out in the countryside gites may also be found – but this will mean travelling into Dijon.
