Booking Process

Various packages are offered for booking for the conference.

These include standard (for most participants), student and partner packages, and depend on whether or not you also want to attend the Gala Dinner and one of the tours. The cost of the tour includes lunch and all fees for entry and tasting.

We also plan to offer a live virtual Conference broadcasting some sessions interactively for those who cannot come to Dijon in person.  This will focus primarily on some of the plenaries and competitive paper sessions on the 6^th and 7^th July.  Full details for this will be announced in due course, but the fee for this will be 150€/$ for full registration (plus a further 75€ to become a paid-up member of the AWBR) and 50€/$ for student registration.

Those who book for the full conference and are then not able to come owing to the COVDI-19 epidemic will be given a refund of the difference between the full fee and the fee for the virtual conference.

Please remember that at our last conference in Stellenbosch we agreed that future conferences would levy a fee of 75€ per participant as a contribution  owards the administrative costs of the AWBR (website maintenance etc.). This is included in the fee for full delegates below. Students will not become members of the organisation unless they specifically request it.

Students will be required to state the institution at which they are a student, name a supervisor
and explain at what level and may be asked to provide additional evidence of their status.

The final date for booking will be the 30^th May 2022.
